MissFits Boot Camp - Morgantown, WV

Get your booty to class.

We recently started up an affordable boot camp for women in my area through a collaboration with a local wellness studio. My goal is to promote movement through a fun environment. Every fitness level is welcome to join.


 

When is Boot Camp

Monday and Wednesday at 6 p.m., come rain or shine. We have indoor and outdoor space.


What to Expect

We have a variety of workouts from group exercises to partner exercises. Everyone brings a set of dumbbells and a yoga mat. Class duration is 45 - 60 minutes (mostly 60 minutes).





Rest where you need to rest and reset when you need to, just DO NOT quit.
